Mary had a 3rd cardiac stent to repair a 70% blockage but "...immediately after the stent was inserted she had a horrific migraine headache. For the next 2 weeks the migraines continued. She went to see Jolinda who immediately dimmed the lights. She painlessly inserted two acupuncture needles in Mary's legs and one in her hand. Mary said she could feel the grip of the migraine letting go! She left with no pain! It has been like a miracle. If you have migraines you know what they can do to you. All we can say is "Wow"

I am 46 years old and have been smoking cigarettes on and off since I was 14. I always thought of smoking as recreational, that I could stop and start when I wanted. I thought I had control over this little vice of mine. I was wrong.
When I would try to quit, it was very hard, almost impossible to stop. And when I did stop, it was very painful. I would feel anxious, and my heart would race. I could not concentrate on anything. I was short tempered to everyone around me, and ate like crazy. Within matter of weeks I would be back at it. I was always thinking about it.
But as fate would have it...
I just happened to walk into Jolinda Rockett's office on my second day of trying to quit. I was in that "anxious, spacy, I need a cigarette" zone- and she could see it. She then proceeded to tell me about her smoking cessation program. I realized then, that I could sure use the help. I have tried to quit so many times by myself.
Jolinda gave me treatments everyday for the next two weeks-even weekends. I could really see her commitment to my success with the program. We discussed what was happening - the changes to my body and the way I thought about cigarettes, as well as the healing process. I had not realized how sick I had been, and how many ways cigarettes effected my life. After the initial two weeks, I had two follow up sessions a week, for the next few weeks.
Jolinda made the quitting process painless for me. It was so easy! I feel like I have forgotten about cigarettes - almost like I have never been a smoker. I can breathe. I am more active in my life now, and have more stamina. I can also be more present in relationships because I'm not always preoccupied with "when can I have my next cigarette". Jolinda's personal commitment and her smoking cessation program has made such a big difference in my life. I would recommend her and the program to anyone who has struggled with this addiction.
Smoke free for the last year and a half!
Tobacco withdrawal physically takes a minimum of 6 weeks according to extensive research. I will provide a 6 week program divided into 3 phases. The treatments are supported by herbal formulas and/or homeopathy.
Initially you will receive an acupuncture treatment every day for two weeks. That is every day including Saturdays and Sundays because weekends present their own problems and we want to support you completely while you are making your transition to health. We will talk about your specific goals and make a plan but in general I expect you to stop smoking within the first 1-3 days.
The next two weeks we will see you 3 times a week (for an additional 6 treatments). You may be feeling confident or you may feel shaky at this point. Everyone is different so I will continue to individualize your treatment..
By now you may be getting tired of showing up at my office. You may feel confident about your new habits and avoiding tobacco. But as the research tells us the physical addiction is not completely gone. We’ll see each other for treatments for 1 or 2 times a week for two more weeks. This completes the 6 Week program.
Some people have found this treatment for smoking cessation to be so successful they feel they can smoke “recreationally” on a vacation, for instance. Their idea is to simply repeat the program again to regain their smoke free life. Unfortunately, it is not as easy as that. This program requires concentration and commitment from both of us and it is important to make a promise to yourself to walk away forever from this serious addiction.
